Eligibility: Registered hackathon participants competing individually or in teams of up to 3 people.

Project and Submission Requirements: A working data/AI prototype with interactive simulations, a public code repository with execution instructions, and a short demo or video link.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection: Evaluated on functional end-to-end demo execution, data-driven explanation of outputs, simulation capabilities, and integration of external data/AI.
